WHO WE ARE
Early Days Nursery Ltd is a childcare and early learning provider, which operates under the trading names Early Days Nursery, Doune Terrace Nursery, Melville Street Nursery and Walker Street Nursery.

We process personal information to enable us to provide childcare, encourage and supervise educational play, to maintain our own accounts and records, and to support and manage our staff.

We sometimes, with specific consent, also use personal information to demonstrate learning and development, and to promote our services.

CCTV AND CRIME PREVENTION
CCTV is used for maintaining the security of property and premises and for preventing and investigating crime. It may also be used to monitor staff when carrying out work duties. For these reasons the information processed may include visual images, personal appearance and behaviours. This information may be about staff, customers and clients, offenders and suspected offenders, members of the public and those inside, entering or in the immediate vicinity of the area under surveillance. Where necessary or required, this information may be shared with the data subjects themselves, employees and agents, services providers, police forces, security organisations and persons making an enquiry.

YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to be informed about, and object to, how we process your personal information. You also have the right to access, rectify, and sometimes restrict or erase personal information held. You may also withdraw your consent at any time.
You have the right to complain to us or the data protection regulator regarding our handling of personal information.

Personal information is retained for the period necessary to fulfil our contracts and obligations for which personal information is required, and to comply with statutory and legal requirements and guidelines. Personal information is not transferred internationally.
