Fees are calculated on a 52‐week year basis and are payable in advance by Standing Order, through our App, and/or via Childcare Vouchers.

Payments are due on the 1st of each month for the month ahead.

A £50 deposit is required to join our waiting list. This deposit will be refunded if we are unable to offer your child a placement at your requested nursery.

A deposit equivalent to two weeks’ fees is required along with your first month’s fee note. This deposit will be held for the duration of your child’s attendance and will be deducted from your final nursery payment.

All extra sessions must be agreed in advance with a member of staff at our Head Office, located at 10 Walker Street. Payment is required at the time of booking and can be made through our App or directly into our account, using your child’s name as the reference.

Early Days Nursery offer a 10% sibling discount applied to the eldest child's nursery fees, starting from the first full month of their placement.

As a Partnership Nursery with the City of Edinburgh Council, we provide funded hours for eligible children from the term after their third birthday. For more information on Early Years Funding, please contact our accounts department at accounts@earlydaysnursery.org.uk.
